Jassama/Edessa was retained by Qatari Diar to act as Client Representative and Construction Manager on the design and construction of a major $48million project on Dahlak Island, in Eritrea. The project includes two high luxury 850m2 villas for the Emir of Qatar and 50 bungalows for VIP guests. In addition and as the project is on a remote and desert island, the project includes a desalination plant, a wastewater treatment plant and a full power plant to operate the various facilities.
